Meat Pops- MOOPS!
3.5 - 4 lbs Frenched Lamb Rack
chopped garlic (handful of cloves)
lemon juice (1/2 lemon)
red wine (1 cup)
olive oil (1/3 cup)
salt (2 tbs)
pepper (2 tbs)
rosemary powder (2 tbs)
Marinate Chops for 12-24 hours.
Grill chips on high heat to medium rare - medium for 3-5 minutes per side.
